Questions
What access do I give?
You sign in so the report belongs to you. Then you connect one Facebook Page or Instagram account through Zernio, our connection partner; Facebook or Instagram shows you exactly what is asked for before you approve, and you choose which Page. The audit uses that connection only to read.
What do you read?
The Page’s posts from the last 60 days, busiest first and at most 40, and their comments. The report counts the last 30 days. Up to 40 comments, those under ads first, are checked by an AI model for hostility. The report keeps the few comments it shows you as examples.
Will anything be posted or sent?
No. Nothing is posted, replied to, hidden or deleted, and nobody who commented is contacted. Nothing on your Page changes.
How long does it take?
About a minute once the Page is connected. Reading stops after 90 seconds on a very busy Page; the report then says it read only the busiest posts.
Is it really free?
Yes. No card and no trial needed. One audit per Page every 7 days, whoever asks.
What happens to the connection afterwards?
If you start a free trial from the report, the connection is kept and becomes your inbox. If not, it is removed after a week. The report stays readable by its link.
Who can see my report?
You, and anyone you send its share link to. It is not listed anywhere and search engines are asked not to index it.
