Answer the comments under your dental ads

A practice that advertises gets the same comments every week: do you take new patients, do you do Saturdays, how much is whitening. EveryComment puts them in one list with your DMs and Google reviews, and drafts a reply in the practice’s voice for the front desk to approve.

Free. Read-only. Unanswered comments, reply time and hostile comments under your ads, in about a minute.

Trial: 14 days free. Cancel any time. Unlimited seats.

Where a practice loses patients

The front desk answers the phone all day and checks Facebook when it can. Comments under ads wait, DMs wait, and a Google review sits unanswered for a week. Each of those is a person who chose to write to you.

One list for the front desk

EveryComment covers Facebook, Instagram, Google Business and TikTok. Comments, comments on ads, direct messages and reviews land in one list, marked with the platform and the type, and sorted by how long the person has waited.

Sorted by how long the person has waited, so a two-day-old question is at the top. Recent threads are drafted ahead, so a reply is usually waiting when you open one. Approve, send, next.

In the practice’s voice, with its rules

At set-up the AI can read your website and fill in a profile: which treatments you offer, your hours, how you talk. Tell it what it must not do in public, such as discuss a patient’s treatment, and it will move that to a private message instead.

The AI writes drafts. It never sends a reply on its own: a person reads each one, changes it if they like, and presses send. For a very negative comment it writes no draft at all and recommends hiding the comment instead.

Every review gets a drafted reply. Reviews cannot be hidden, so a good answer is the only tool, and for recent reviews it is usually drafted before you open the row.

Hostile comments under an ad

Press H and a hostile comment is hidden on the platform. The person who wrote it can still see it; new patients reading the ad cannot. Optionally, EveryComment hides clearly hostile ad comments on its own within a daily cap you set, and lists each one so you can put it back.

Prices in US dollars, billed monthly. Every plan has a 14-day free trial and unlimited seats, and on any plan each brand beyond the ones it includes is $30 a month. The AI drafts are shared by all the brands on the plan. At the limit the AI stops writing drafts ahead of time for the rest of the month, anyone can still ask for a draft up to a tenth past it, and the count starts again on the 1st. A card is taken at sign-up and charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

Questions.

Is it safe for patient information?

The AI drafts, a person approves, and you can tell the profile never to discuss treatment in public. The privacy policy explains what is stored and where; read it before you decide.

Can several people at the practice use it?

Yes. Seats are unlimited on every plan.

Does it book appointments?

No. It answers comments, messages and reviews, and can send a lead to your practice software if that software can receive a webhook, directly or through Zapier, Make or n8n.
