Why ad comments are different
A comment on an organic post is a fan. A comment on an ad is someone your budget reached, who read the offer and had a question: the price, the delivery, whether it suits them. A question nobody answers is a sale you already paid for and lost.
Ad comments are also easy to miss. An ad can run as a dark post that never appears on your profile, so the comments never show up where you look.
See every ad comment in one place
EveryComment covers Facebook, Instagram, Google Business and TikTok. Comments, comments on ads, direct messages and reviews land in one list, marked with the platform and the type, and sorted by how long the person has waited.
Each row shows how long the person has waited, shaded from gold to red, so the oldest buyer is the next one you answer. An ad comment opens with the ad creative beside it, so you know what they saw. Enter your Meta ad account ids in Settings and comments on dark posts are picked up too.
Reply in public, follow up in private
Instagram lets a business send one private message to someone who commented, within 7 days of the comment. After that, you can only continue if they write back.

EveryComment drafts both messages for you. The public reply shows every other reader the question got an answer. The private message turns the comment into a conversation where the person can give you a phone number or an email. Both go out together with one key. The private box says it is one message per comment, within 7 days of it, and it disappears once those 7 days are up.
The AI writes drafts. It never sends a reply on its own: a person reads each one, changes it if they like, and presses send. For a very negative comment it writes no draft at all and recommends hiding the comment instead.
Meta gives a business 24 hours from a person’s last message to reply to a DM, and one private message per comment within 7 days of it. For a DM, EveryComment shows the time left in the reply box; for a comment, it offers the private message only inside those 7 days. Neither lets a send slip past the edge.

Replies in the brand’s voice
At set-up the AI can read the brand’s website and fill in a profile: what it sells, how it talks, what it must never say. You check it and correct anything wrong. From then on every edit your team makes to a draft teaches it, so the drafts get closer to what you would have written.
When the comment becomes a lead
When someone shares contact details, capture the lead from the thread. EveryComment posts it to a webhook you choose, with an AI summary of the conversation, the ad id and a link back to the thread, so it lands in your CRM through Zapier, Make, n8n or GoHighLevel.
Questions.
Does it reply on its own?
No. The AI drafts, a person approves and sends. That is true for public replies and private messages alike.
Can I reply to comments on ads that are not on my profile?
Yes. Enter the brand’s Meta ad account ids in Settings and comments on those ads are picked up, whether or not the post is on the profile.
What about Facebook ads?
The same. Facebook and Instagram ad comments sit in the same list with the same tools.
What does it need from my Instagram account?
A Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page, and someone with full control of the Page to approve the connection.
